3/4oz - aged rum
3/4oz - sweet vermouth
3/4oz - Alpenfire Calypso
Fill mixing glass with ice, rum, and vermouth, stir until chilled.
Strain into a white wine glass, top with cider.
Garnish with a blackberry and a dash of orange bitters.

2oz Sparkling Rosé
2oz Alpenfire's Glow Rosé Cider
Stir Pamplemousse and Glow, pour in Sparkling rosé and strain into a chilled champagne flute.
