Process | Pressed in the winter of 2018, fermented slowly with champagne yeast then left to mature in stainless for 8 months. Natural sweetness from an arrested fermentation.
Alpenfire's Kingston Black, our bittersharp Foxwhelp trees were planted in 2003, grown and certified organic with low intervention techniques. These beautiful apples are the also known as Black Taunton, great for blending but prized for making spectacular single varietal ciders. Please enjoy around cellar temperature.
