1/2oz Pamplemousse Rosé
2oz Sparkling Rosé
2oz Alpenfire's Glow Rosé Cider
Stir Pamplemousse and Glow, pour in Sparkling rosé and strain into a chilled champagne flute.

1 1/4oz Well Gin
1/2oz Orange coriander red wine shrub
1/2oz Basil simple syrup
1/4oz Orange Juice
1/4oz Lemon Juice
Alpenfire Calypso
Shake everything except the cider. Double strain into highball glass over ice. Top with cider. Serve with a mint leaf for garnish.
