Pyder is an traditional English term for a pear & apple blended drink. The Anjou & Bartlett pears were from Tonnemaker orchards, aged in neutral oak for 9 months then blended with a touch of our Pirates Plank blend & Dabinett. Crisp & refreshing, fresh pear with a touch of sweetness up front & tannic bittersweet apple flavors to round out the finish.
