Organic single orchard blend from Heirloom Orchards

THC 62's juice is from Heirloom Orchards in Hood River, OR, fermented slowly over the winter and left to mature over the Summer and Fall. Then aged on oak and sweetened with a touch of honey. Bright, fruity and fresh. The name came about when we were bottling this blend, hand labeling each bottle with #62 and realizing we were actually on #61. Well what could we do, relabel each bottle or Acknowledge that our numbers are a construct.
