Organic Winesap, Golden Russet & Heirloom blend from Heirloom Orchards

Miel y mariposas (Honey and butterflies) is a very floral blend of organic Winsap, Golden Russet & a field blend from Heirloom Orchards. Fermented and aged in stainless steel for a year to soften the edges of the acidic heirloom apples and mellow the tannic punch creating a complimentary blend of the two. When we tried this cider it reminded us of honey and the lightness of butterflies. Look for notes of wildflower honey and black raspberries.
