The Kool-Aid has taken over the cider industry, the beauty and diversity of flavors from the apples is an afterthought. Think of where the wine industry would be if it started with grapes being just a base for whatever adjuncts were to added to it.

Our Traditional Heirloom line showcases what just pomme fruit can do, every blend is different in its own right. Blend #68 is bright and sessionable veerign a little more towards the modern palate with low tannins and higher acidity. A light aroma, mineral driven with a touch of green pepper & tropical notes with a vanilla finish.
