Drink of the Month | Bitter Brigand

(Created by our friends at the Capitol Cider, Seattle, WA)

3/4oz Gran Classico Bitter

1/2oz Lemon Juice

1 dash Scrappy’s Aromatic Bitters

Alpenfire Pirates Plank Bone Dry

Shake everything except the cider. Double strain into coupe glass over ice. Top with cider.
Serve with a lemon peel for garnish.
